Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are online 24 hours a day seven days a week. You may
also call us at 800.521.2568 any time.
Q: What will happen if the recipient is not home when the
delivery is attempted?
A: The delivery driver will leave a door tag alerting the
recipient to the attempted delivery and the order will be returned
to the store. Sometimes, the driver will leave the delivery with
a neighbor if the conditions are favorable to doing so and put a
tag on the door alerting the recipient.
Q: Can I give special instructions for delivery -such as
where to leave it if the recipient is not home?
A: Yes, we will be happy to follow your delivery instructions
in case the recipient is not home. Be aware that during summer and
winter months when temperatures are extreme arrangements or plants
left outside may suffer damage.
Q: Can I request a particular time for delivery?
A: This is not usually an option due to the difficulty of
scheduling deliveries in a time and cost efficient manner. However
we can offer morning or afternoon delivery ranges as well as during
normal office hours (9AM to 5PM).
Q: Do you need any special information for hospital deliveries?
A: No - just the name of recipient and hospital. Room number
is helpful but we will check on room numbers as sometimes patients
are moved to different rooms. In larger cities, the address of the
hospital is helpful.
Q: What about funeral deliveries -do I have to know all the
details about when the service will be held?
A: No, we can check on the arrangements for the funeral service
as long as you have the name of the deceased and the name of the
funeral home. Be advised, however, that floral deliveries must be
made at least one hour prior to the funeral service and that may
not be possible if you place your order the night before a funeral
service scheduled for 10Am or 11AM the next day. We will call or
e-mail you if there is a time problem. An option, if this is the
case is to send a sympathy arrangement to the family at home.
Q: Will the arrangement I ordered look exactly the same as
the picture online?
A: The simple answer is "no". Because no two flower arrangements
are ever identical, the delivered product will not be identical.
Flower arrangements are designed by hand using natural products
that in themselves have infinite variations. No two flowers are
identical and no two floral designers' interpretation of arrangements
will be identical either. That said, we will always strive to maintain
the value and the integrity of the item you have ordered.
Q: If I order roses and your web site tells me that items
may be substituted, what is to prevent you from delivering carnations?
A: Our answer to this question is simple: When you order
one dozen roses you will always receive one dozen roses. When we
describe an item with roses, this item will arrive with roses. Roses,
in particular, are not substituted, as they are deemed critical
to the value and integrity of the item ordered.
Q: How will I know if the flowers have been delivered?
A: Unlike the tracking services that we have come to expect
with national and international courier services, the worldwide
and North American floral industry has not yet adopted an international
order tracking system that is "instantaneous". The best way to confirm
successful delivery of your gift is usually to contact the recipient
directly. If you suspect a case of non-delivery, you may call the shop at 800-521-2568. We have an excellent record of accomplishment
of over 99% success delivering flowers on-time throughout the world.
If there has been a problem with your order, we will work to correct
the situation as soon as possible. Your business in important to
